I think most people can easily relate to this - [most] humans want more than their daily SSDD [Same Sh*t different day] lives - especially those who can't just walk into a place and start chatting it up with people.

I got to watch this at the Penny Arcade Expo last year, pretty good docu. I'm sure everyone else in the room could relate one way or another.

And my Pentium 3 tower is still fast enough for everything I do.

CRT's flat out suck after a few years. Even on my dual trinitrons the color degraded immensely. Don't forget about burn in and flickering. I used to be a CRT fanatic until I realized how many have bit the bullet. Going from dual 21" Trinitrons to a 17" dell LCD and a 15" Princeton LCD was the best upgrade I ever did.

HDCP monitors really mean something these days.

Excellent document :thumbsup: Each person trying a MMORPG for the first time should be made to watch this first. Then they can decide if it's for them or not. The guy getting twins and saying "I will have to cut down on raids to Wednesdays and the weekends" really showed what happens to those people. They stop thinking logically...

I just wish there was a way I could download it to my computer... Seems they took extra care to not allow it to be saved (at least I couldn't with my usual ways).

I watched it.

I don't see how gaming is different than anything else you do to spend your time... I find gaming to be a time sink for what I am waiting for. It's a method of passing time. There are many more 'productive' ways to spend your time(Most of which are boring/unenjoyable), but life is pointless so what's it matter anyway? (You die and then you're nothing)
