Since case is a personal preference I went with yours. I mostly do budget/midrange builds so I don't venture into the more expensive cases. You might want to check out the HAF 922 though.

$15 rebate and $15 promo.

Win 8 because Win 7 Home Premium has a 16GB RAM limit and that board supports 32GB. And 8 is cheaper.
Note the 240GB SSD.

Your title begs the question, "where's the first opinion?"

Dominion's build is pretty good, but the first rule of building a monitor-centric machine is to buy the monitors first. If you do it the other way around, there is a good chance (>50%) that you will never buy the extra monitors and the money you spent on a Crossfire-capable machine will be completely and utterly wasted. Buying the monitors first is guaranteed to at least give you a benefit for 2D desktop usage and incentivizes finishing the build.

AOC i2367Fh x3 $540
i5 3570K $215
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 + DDR3 1600 8GB combo $135
7950 3GB $280 AR
WD Blue 1TB $70
XFX Core 650W $70 AR
Corsair 400R $70 AR AP
Windows 8 $100
Total: $1480 AR AP

You can add the SSD (Crucial M4 128GB $110) and another GPU after the fact. Alternatively, if you don't need much storage now and/or can move over some old drives, you could get the SSD and leave off the HDD.
