Second Interview... weeee

So about a month after my 1st interview they call me and want to schedule a second. Yay 🙂

Never actually been to a second interview before, and idea of what I can expect? Differences between a second and a first? During the 1st they didn't ask me a whole lotta personal questions, mainly just q's about my experiences, what i've done and what i'm familiar with. So i'm thinking i'm going to get more personal questions, like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" and such. I hate those questions, i sit there and studder around screw it up pretty badly.

Ohh well, any advice on what I should def. be prepared for?

well have you already met with HR or is the 2nd one going to be with HR?

if the 2nd one is HR that could be a good sign, as it's a possible 'formality' interview... like they do it for the sake of doing it.

but in general, it's HR that asks that 'what do u see urself doing in xyz yrs' rather than a mgr.

a mgr. would try to find out why u cannot perform the job or if you are a goof fit with his/her group.
