Second hard drive isn't showing???

Thanks a bunch for your help guys. This GetDataBack program kicks @$$ it appears to be getting every last scrap of a detail of my old hard drive.

Just wondering how you have the two drives jumpered?

One is Master non responsive one I have tried, slave, cable select, etc.
