Second hand 8800GTS 512 OC or new 4850?

Hi.
i have a chance to get a second hand BFG 8800GTS 512 OC for around half the price of a new one (which means for 170$ if i translate the currency) but for some time now i have set my mind on getting an 4850 not because i have any brand loyalty or anything, i just figured its the best bang for the buck i can get right now.

so for the 30-40$ difference which would you pick?
the 4850 is faster judging from the raw numbers (not by alot though).
are 8800GTSs big power hogs? i know the 4850 can warm a cold winter night, how are the GTSs with their big dual slot coolers?

4850 is a about 5-10% faster. Power wise about same. Cooling wise I'd probably give it GTS because it sucks air out of the case.
