This is probably a repost but I wasn't sure what to search for.

Look at the picture above and you can see where this driver broke through the guardrail, on the right side of the culvert where the people are standing on the road, pointing.
The pick-up was traveling about 75 mph from right to left when it crashed through the guardrail.
It flipped end-over-end bounced off and across the culvert outlet, and landed right side up on the left side of the culvert, facing the opposite direction from which the driver was traveling.
The 22-year-old driver and his 18-year-old passenger were unhurt except for minor cuts and bruises.
Just outside Flagstaff , AZ on U.S. Hwy 100.
Now look at the second picture below…

Holy crap! And WTF kind of building contractor puts a road in such a dangerous location? I've seen bad ones, but this tops it.

I would of hated to be that cement contractor building that culvert when it was made. Guess that's why those construction guys get paid the big bucks.

I thought those guardrails were built to withstand impact from a moving vehicle?

What's the difference? I always thought either way worked. When talking normally it's said "would of" so I just write it that way.

No, it's what you hear phonetically as "would of" that is in reality the contraction of "would" and "have" -- "would've."
