Guys, I received my order but instead of a power supply, they sent me a USB3 external HDD enclosure.

The order # in the packing is correct, the item number is wrong.

Color me nervous 😱

GD, shipping weight according to FedEx is 1.3lb and according to spec, the PSU is 5.4lb... bah. Here comes my stupid enclosure.

Edit- I called FedEx and requested a delivery after I get off of work and so I will observe package dimensions and weight in the slim chance that a seasonic made its way to me and if not refuse delivery because I hate having to ship stuff off that wasn't due to my error.

Had never ordered anything from there.

Probably never will now.
 
I've had to call Jet before and was pleasantly surprised to be talking with an American csr. I doubt that lasts long though as profit is king.

No. They're just a clearinghouse for second-tier vendors, although Newegg sometimes clears inventory through them. They stock no products and offer at best the prices that their partner stores are currently offering.

In other words, their prices will never be better than Newegg unless you use the first-time shopper coupon.

This was clearly a pricing error due to an incorrectly cross-referenced Newegg product code.
 
I called Jet earlier today explaining what people are actually receiving. They sent me a prepaid return shipping label in advance of my package arriving tomorrow.
 
Received a super quick reply and very observant, the rep was. They wish to honor the coupon code if I order something else but they are going to refund as soon as the shipment gets back. Overall not too bad. If I do find another deal on their site I'd probably try them again.
