No reviews on it yet, and it still is a bronze rated unit with a 5 year warranty, and 105c Japanese capacitors (only mentioned on the datasheet).
I didn't see any major changes between the S12II to the S12III, so it appears to be a minor update. The only thing I quickly noticed was the S12II used a FDB fan, while the S12III has gone back to using a double-ball bearing fan.
Edit: After looking a little closer at the unit, it seems they have gone with "LLC resonant converter design" as well, so the new unit is more than just a minor update I originally thought it was.
However, Newegg has the 500w version of the new PSU on sale for $24.99 after $15 MIR at product launch:
