The Titanium-rated PSUs used to have such a price premium attached to them, they were hardly worth it. With this one, it might be. Hopefully, this signals some of the end of the "Premium" for Titanium-rated PSUs, and they will be just a linear price increase from Gold-rated PSUs.

I think this price is just to move some of their "old" units, as they have released / giving new model names under the "Seasonic One" strategy. I think titanium units will still carry a hefty premium for the foreseeable future.
