The IT guys broke the overall system when they switched over to the cloud. Was such a switch over needed??? They got the system back on line, but the search became broken.

You would think professionally that they would fix what they broke.

I haven't changed, yet now I am under too much moderation because I am doing better.
 
Quick search of a common term brings up list of dead threads from 2-3 years ago on first page and more recent postings interspersed on the first 3-4 pages.

Yes, back to "normal".
