Ok, heres the problem... I installed this program this program, had spyware, so i deleted it, its completely wiped out now, but it changed my default search engine to some wierd one.. anyways, I've googled this up, I was told to go to registery and delete a key pertaining to the search engine.. It also instructed me how to change it back to msn (default)... but I just can't get it to work... I've tried all ideas i can think of.. can anyone help me out plz.. I want to change the default search engine to msn search..
 
I had something similiar on my computer. It was a yahoo companion hijacker. Unfortunately I just did searches on entires that had yahoo in them on the entire registry. I eventually found the search entry:
