Seagate ST310005N1A1AS-RK, what drive is it?

I know the RK stands for retail kit, but what drive actually is in the package? Is it one of the modern Seagate drives? Originally I was going to get a WD 1gig black but I also need a cable so this retail package sounds enticing if the drive itself is ok.

That was worth the post just to find out about letmegooglethatforyou.com., LOL. Ok so according to one post it's a Seagate ST31000340AS. According to Tom's Hardware Guide, this drive is old school and the new Seagate 1TB drive, the ST31000333AS, is better. So I'm still thinking a WD 1TB black although Tom says the new WD green is surprisingly good, much better then gen 1 green.
