Uh. Well, personally, when I do RMAs, I make sure the RMA slip is inside the box (and if there is no slip, that there's a piece of paper with the RMA number on it), the RMA number is on the memo part of the shipping label, and that it's on a seperate label on the outside. I have NO idea what you just described and why that might be unacceptable, though. Chances are if they get it and can't figure out what RMA # it is, they'll run the S/N and find it. But heh. You have to be pretty stupid to mess something as simple as an RMA up.
