On the rebate form there's a blank for "Seagate Retail Kit Model#" above the line where you write the serial number, wth is retail kit model? I know that next to the upc the S/N is the serial, but retail kit??

Put the model # w/ RK suffix, ex. ST3120026A-RK.
I also put the part # along side.
Mine was 160GB: ST3160023A-RK/9W2884-337.
It took 4wks. from Niagara, N.Y.
