Seagate 80GB EIDE for $99.99 + S/H @Tigerdirect.com after $25 MIR !

Oh... you screwed up 😉
Price $124.99
Rebate -$25.00 (Mail in rebate expires: 05/02/2002)
Final Cost $99.99

You do have to use a rebate. It is $25. You could get this drive from Dell for $103 shipped.

I guess we now have to burn you at the stake since this is your fist deal... Just kidding. I don't know why people are so paranoid. We aren't all bad.

Forgot to add.... good price though. I think this might be the same drive from Fry's for $89 after $50 rebate.

<< You do have to use a rebate. It is $25. You could get this drive from Dell for $103 shipped. >>

Actually, if the Dell deal is still on, one could get it for $78 after the rebate! I looked at the rebate on the TigerDirect product page, and it does not seem to be a store-specific offer. Then this becomes burning hot.🙂

just ordered mine 😛 with free next day shipping. 😀 man this is HOT. 80 gig for price of 60 gig (mir 😛) Thx again for this great deal

Wow! My total came out at $82 after MIR with free next day shipping!
HOT DEAL!
Now my mp3's can finally have a home!

Hey you guys are right. The rebate form looks like it can be used anywhere! All you need to do is buy the right drive. WooHoo!

i'm guessing bare = oem?
dell sells the oem type i think.. otherwise they would have stated its retail...

I think the one at Dell is a bare drive. The model number matches the rebate form. The one at Dell does not say "Retail". I noticed that Dell states "retail" when it is the boxed drive and they say nothing when it is the bare drive. The description does state a three year warranty though.

Looks like the $25 rebate CAN be used with the DELL deal. Too bad i ordered it yesterday and the rebate says it's valid for purchases beginning on the 19th!

I ordered mine from Dell in the wee hours of this morning. The Seagate model number on the Dell site matches the number on the Seagate rebate form from the Tiger Direct site. The final price will be $83 with free shipping. ($130.95 - $10 - 10% - $25 rebate). Not bad.

Ahh man... I just bought this HD about 2 weeks ago.

Dang....rebate not valid on purchases before 4/19 🙁

II bought one week ago..Oh well maybe I should get another one? ......

but tigerdirect is not the one handling the rebate.. its segate themselves that is handling it... i mean just look at the address we have to send the rebates into..

great deal, but I don't think I will ever buy from them again. I bought a lexar refurb compactflash card and they shipped it in a huge box with no padding...I opened it up and just found the card in a static bag. bastards...

i agree w/ jau. this is a Seagate rebate, should be no problems.

in addition, i have done business w/ Tiger over the years with no problems at all.

this is a hot deal - why the flames?
