i've never had a problem with buy.com* they've always been GOOD to me?
 
I think those resellerratings for buy.com are unjustly low. I've never had problems with them. I've ordered a lot of stuff from them recently, as they seem to have a lot of good deals nowadays. Stuff comes quick with no problems.

I was doing fine on the Hot Deals section.....once the built a Fry's in Atlanta I was screwed.
 
I've never had a problem with Buy.com before. I don't buy from them too often, but once in awhile.

400gig drive...uhh too big for my needs.

I have the opposite problem in Southeast FL. I have the $$ to spend, but all we have here is a CompUSA, BestBuy, etc, all of which totally suck. I watched my wife ask two guys in CompUSA for help, the first totally ignored her walking aloing side him asking for help, the second told her to go find someone else "in that area". We have no Frys, no Microcenter like my buddy in KC has, nothing zilch. My credit card has a balance of -$42, as in they owe ME money and I have a $75 card from Officedepot.

Gloom, despair, and agony on me....hmm Frys, Atlanta is only 625 miles north of here. I am getting desperate for parts and may have to resort to desperate measures.

Hey, I did a search and just found out there is a TigerDirect in Miami, 60 miles from here. Maybe there is hope after all. I wonder if their prices are good in-store? I also heard ads on the radio that CompUSA is having a moonlight madness sale this weekend, don't know if there's anything good yet.
