The Circuit City web site currently shows limited availability of this disk for $129.99 with two rebates.

The Western Digital 320GB is featured in this week's flyer for $80 AR. The WD comes with a 1-year warranty vs. the 5-year warranty from Seagate and it only has an 8MB buffer.

NOTE CompUSA has a fair deal on the Seagate 500GB too: $159 after a $50 rebate.

I need more disk and was comparing what's currently on offer at all the usual places. CC sent me a $10 courtesy card after they messed up my last web order so I was delighted to get the last one of these at my local store.

 
Good Deal. Looks like they are sold out online and not available in most stores. Hopefully they will get more in stock before the deal is over.
