If you are not afraid of rebates I saw the same drive (OEM) on TigerDirect for $94.99 with the same 5 year warranty. It is TWO rebates though and not sure about TigerDirect and giving rebates in a timely manner. For those who might be interested here is the link:

I have bought at least half a dozen Seagate drives in the last year and always got the rebates (2 rebates on each drive, too). The drives also performed well.

How does it work with multiple rebates? I did the 200GB rebate last month so can I do the new 200GB rebate this month with my same address and everything? I realize who I should be asking but I'd prefer to hear from someone who has done it.

Anyone tried a TD rebate lately? Are they any better than they used to be? I know they were trying a campaign to promote their rebate commitments...
