Seagate 250GB PATA 16MB Buffer Drive - $50 - Outpost.Com

Check the drive itself when you get it to see how it's labeled. Might be 7200.10, seems like many folks are getting those. The box will show 7200.8 but the drive will be 7200.10. This was the case with the 400G drives I was picking up for my raid array. Problem is they showed as OEM by Seagate and there was no 5 year warranty unless the mess was pointed out to Seagate and the packaging was kept, etc. Not sure if that's the case with these but good luck.

Damn, OoS?

How do you tell if it's OOS?
You place an order and then they email you telling OOS?

It says "Call for Availability" and clicking on that link gets you "This product is on back order. One of our many sales representatives can assist you in finding a similar product that is in stock."
