Perfect, just what I needed.

I got drive imaging software last week. Now I picked up this HD and an external enclosure to backup my images.
 
Darn! Do I chance another rebate from Seagate? My other 50 dollar one required some arm twisting to get - I don't like being an enforcer. :[
 
Maybe it's not worth it if it's going to cause a bunch of anxiety, aggravation, hostility.
Fortunately, my last Seagate rebate was smooth.

I can't find the rebate anymore. This link you gave now points to a rebate that says must be purchased betwen 4/06 and 4/12. I purchased mine on the 5th with the old rebate. Any help???
