I have a Dvine 4 with an asus a8n sli board. Do you guys think the Scythe Ninja would fit in my case? I really would love the low noise cooling option.

i dont think so, but maybe with a fan yes because the heat will get trapped trying to move upwards at the fins. a fan will help push the air out. i've read somewhere that a p4 temps hit up to 70 on load when its suppsed to idle at 45-50 with scythe fanless when standing upwards like that

If you look @ this photo : http://reviews.pimprig.com/cases/image.php?url=dvine4-81.jpg

Then you can see that it might just fit in, if you really cared you'd find out which CPU heatsink they are using to compare heights. But why that case, it uses 60mm fans for cooling (= very noisy), has problems fitting large graphics cards and costs a bomb. Sticking a scythe ninja in there is a complete waste of time.

I got the case for cheap and it looks cool. It was mostly on impulse i guess.

Looking at that pick , im now wondering if a zalman would fit.
