Scythe Ninja availability

I have been searching online for a Scythe Ninja cpu cooler, but theres very few websites that even have it now. It appears that supply is drying up...is that true, or a i wrong?
 
I have read that there is a redesign in the pipeline so that the Ninja would work with socket AM2. However, I'm not sure that the Ninja isn't simply being replaced by the Infinity. 😕
 
I'm looking to get one ASAP, and I dont mind spending a little more. The Infinity looks pretty good, are there any other models worth looking at (with overclocking in mind).
