Scsi Problem

When I installed a new scsi into my server and when I try to verify the disk or format it from the scsi utility i get an unexpected error Screen Shot here . I am new to scsis so I am not sure what this means(if it is bad or not). My scsi card is an adeptec 29160 ( http://www.adaptec.com/en-US/products/host_tech/scsi_drives/ASC-29160/index.htm )

Are you sure you have your SCSI chain terminated correctly?

I am pretty sure I do. It is in a 1 u server case and connected to a scsi backplate, and the drive is connected to the backplate through sca. I have not messed with any of the terminations. What should it be?

Thanks for admitting that you're not familiar with SCSI.

I suggest you read up on it and post back.
