Do you mean those are Ultra 320 drives? What kind of connector is on the back of them. If it's LVD, then go with an Adaptec 320 controller. It's what I'm using.

Regardless of what people say, SCSI is more reliable, plus you get the diagnostic tools on the controller. When you boot the machine, press Ctrl-A and a menu comes up.
Now, it just depends on what you're using the computer for. Putting a few games on it, yes, go with SCSI. Wanting to store a bunch of MP3s, movies, and pxrn? Get the Raptors.
