Yup, get the real meth-y cold medicine from behind the counter. It's simply amazing how much more effective it is.

Nothing else works for my hay fever. When I have meetings all morning and absolutely cannot be hacking up my lungs. Well, pseudoephedrine works too but I usually need 2 pills.
