Scroll wheel locks up occasionally

Weird problem using Win7 and Internet Explorer 11 with all updates

Occasionally the scroll wheel stops working on an ATOT page. About once in 15 pages, on average. I need to manually move the scroll at the right. Even more occasionally even the manual scroll stops also.

I have disabled all add ons. I tried installing adblock plus.

The problem doesn't happen on Firefox or Chrome.

Anyone else seen this?
