Script to receive IP address of a remote PC.

I am new to the whole VNC thing so I decided to set it up at my work to see how it went. All of our machines are Mac's here, so I am using OSXVnc (now known as Vine server) and Chicken of the VNC to connect. I have it all set up, ports forwarded properly, and opened in OS X's firewall. The question I have is what happens when our ISP renews our IP address? I'm pretty sure it would do this every so often, so when my boss is on the road and tries to connect to the old address this setup would no longer work. Is there some script that I can run on one of the machines daily to get the current IP address and upload it to a server (we have a web-page server that we can use) or that can send an E-Mail if the IP address has changed? Any help would be appreciated.

Dynamic DNS with an update client. i prefer the DynDNS service.

Sweet, this is what I did and it works currently. So now do they detect a change in my IP and update it automatically so my static address will always be the same, or do I need to install some sort of client software to do this?

Thanks both of you BTW.
