SCRIPT HELP: I want to grab my IP, and upload it to a webpage!

I just discovered how great Remote Desktop Web Connection is, and I want to be able to use it from school.

However, I have a cable modem connection, and it's a dynamic IP address. So if I write down my IP before I go to school, it might change before I use remote desktop, and I won't be able to log onto my computer.

What I'm looking for is a script that will grab my IP from a place like whatismyip.com (I have a router and I've forwarded the proper ports, so it'll grab the external IP, which is all I need), place it into a text file, and upload that text file to my webserver.

I know this is doable with VB script, but I have zero programming knowledge, so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I looked on HotScripts but didn't see anything that fit my bill.

Thanks!
