I thought it was pretty entertaining. Second, if this story was true the guy might have gotten killed because there was a drunk driver on the road. The guy beat him up, but he can be held in no way accountable for that car hitting him.

Yes, yes he can. He is directly responsible for that kid being in the street. He will be held accountable for his actions.

So would I be a murder if, say, I jokingly pushed a friend off of a boat in the middle of an ocean when suddenly a great white shark comes and devours him before he can get back on the boat? This incident borders more on a freak occurence, and at any rate saying he caused a death is inaccurate.

How would it be a "freak occurence" if he leaves the guy in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AT NIGHT UNCONSCIOUS?

If you pushed someone out of a boat and left them, and they ended up dying to a shark, you would be held accountable.

LoKe, the fact you find this hilarious really disappoints me.

In what sense? It's rare that I find a story of this calibre that I actually spend the time to read. It was pretty entertaining, especially since I haven't read/seen anything remotely funny this week.

LoKe, do you understand that if it's true, then this jackass may have just caused the death of someone over a stupid bike light? That is not funny.

No...if it's true then the jackass that stole the bike light caused his own death.

Would you call me a murderer?

The guy says in his story he didn't know the guy was unconcious. The guy clearly acted irresponsibly, but I wouldn't say he caused the guy's death.

And worse.

He would probably be charged with negligent homicide or manslaughter.

Cuz it's not the drunk drivers fault.

Oh, I better make this post too because it looks like I'm fighting a losing battle here: I don't care if this guy was responsible for that guy's death, it was an entertaining story either way.

You would have to be completely fscking insane to even contemplate doing acid after experiencing something like that. :Q 😛
Especially after snorting amphetamines.

"Now let's get some psychedelic chemicals in my head!"

I'm thinking of a bitchy old guy who has an un-healthy obsession with large american vehicles.
