If you think you got a free LCD arm, why don't you put a stop payment for best buy and then go to the store and buy as many plasma tvs as you can fit in your car? Since you put a stop payment the charge will not go through and you'd have a truck load of "free" plasma tvs.

Doesn't work. If you go to BestBuy and try to pay with your CC that has a stop-payment for BestBuy on it, the computer will decline the card (Funds not available).

isn't that called stealing?

yes.

They'll figure it out sooner or later.

Actually its not. If a business sends a package that you did not order, you have the right to keep it.

But he did order it... they refused to cancel his order and told him to decline delivery, which he did not do.

Tiger fuxored the order up, they should have billed the credit card and preauthorized payment as soon as the item was ready to ship. Not your fault the billing department messed up.

My take...
I'd let it sit.
Let them call you three times and send you a couple emails if they want it back.
Let them make arrangements and come and get it.
I wouldn't lift another finger or spend another minute of my time on it.
I'd let it sit around for a reasonable amount of time and then throw it away.
I wouldn't be comfortable keeping it, selling it or giving it away.
