Feel free to move to Stank Louis. It's 80 hear until December. Of course, it's also pushing 100 in the summer. Hot weather = teh lose.

Also, did you actually click the link in my previous post? 😛

Yep...it feels like its that cold here in the winter. If I didn't have roots here, I would move to AZ. I love the heat and can't stand the cold.

43°F here now. It was in the mid-high 70's in the daytime just last week; borderline air conditioner weather, straight to the furnace.

It'll probably snow within 2 weeks.

52F here right now

67.5F at the window, 73.9F in my room. AC set to keep room under 75F (fan only right now)

I took my A/C out of my window a few weeks ago, I just leave the window open anymore.

WARM WEATHER, COME BACK!

It almost drizzled a little here. This morning, and then again this evening! Can you imagine? I was like, DRIZZLE WARNING

IF YOUR ASS IS SENSITIVE TO DRIZZLES BEST GET YOUR ASS INSIDE

Highs of -88F. that's gotta suck.
Holy Christ.

The all time record high there is 7ºF.

That must have been quite the heat wave.

I love it. I've been sleeping with my door and windows open. It's hitting the 50s here at night and 70s during the day...It's great weather!

I used to hate winter but now I've learned to dress in layers. I also spend a good deal of time outside raking leaves, doing yardwork, etc, and it's amazing how you can work up a sweat in 40 degree weather.

We also don't use oil heat in the winter. A wood burning stove is all we need for the entire house.

I used to moan and complain when it was cold but I find that much of it is attitude and perception. Unless you work outside in a low-active job (flagger) or work on a fishing boat (balls) how long are you really outside in the cold? I think people are a bit incredulous to complain about cold weather when they're in a warm office, car or house all day and the extent of their "suffering" consists of 35 seconds hurrying through a parking lot.
