What size screws (around 9 holes) mount on a standard mobo, are they 6/32 x 3/8" ?

the reason I'm asking is I want to use the same size but with the standard 'Slot' head so I can use a holding-screw driver...

Also where do you guys buy that type of stuff?

Frys Electronics sells kits which include screw sets including the various type standoffs and miscellaneous mounting hardware.

I wouldnt make a big deal about the scew head (Phillips type is usually preferred). Just use a very small chunk of caulk strip on the screw driver head to mount screws vertically and/or in very tight/confined places.
