alright heres my problem.. I been playing Everquest for a awhile on my main computer, and just tonight it started doing this... I got Mp3's playing the backround and all of a sudden, the comp freezes (you here the sound stay on one note.. "eeeeeeeee") and the screen goes black, and the monitor light starts flashing as if its not connected to a video card. I boot it back up, and start EQ, and when it gets to a area that seems to require more video card usage, it does the same thing. So, I redowload the drivers, instal em, boot up Everquest and its running fine for about 30 minutes and then it did the same thing.
My question to you guys is.. do you think its my video card dieing, my operating system dieing, my ram dieing, everquest dieing, or what?
System specS:
its a geforce 4 TI 4200 that is about 3 months old
i got 1 gig of samsung pc 3200 ram i believe it is.
I run windows xp
I use the latest nvidia drivers.
Any advice would help a lot, thanks a ton in advance.
