Anyone know if there are any screen protectors available for Canon printers with built in LCD screens?

I have a MP500 All-In-One unit and the screen is starting to get scratched from dust that collects on it.
 
Dust won't scratch unless someone or something rubs it. Put a piece of Saran wrap over it if you must. LCDs should be dusted very lightly with a dusting cloth such as a Swiffer.

They used to make plastic and fabric covers that would slip over an entire printer. Otherwise, get some microfiber and make yourself a cover for that little LCD - just three sides to stitch.
