Screen Keeps Bouncing (Literally...Up and Downish...cant really read)

For some reason the screen on my comp is bouncing like up and down...i cant read anything really..its odd. i tried rebooting and restarting the monitor

Are you using Firefox?
If so have you recently removed all your bookmarks from the status bar up top?

do a registry cleaner thing and then reinstall vid drivers
