There you go. Take off about 3/4-1" from the the total dimensions listed on Dell's site to get the viewable dimensions. Sorry I can't find my measuring tape to give you exact dimensions.
 
Well assuming a 16x9 display then using pythagorean theory it should be about 20.9 x 11.8 for a 24in diagonal.
 
The specification on the Dell site tells you the resolution in pixels per mm, and the total number of pixels horizontal and vertical. Multiply.

its not 16:9
its 16:10 BTW
