Screen corruption after Windows loading screen, xp pro

I recently used GoBack to try to...go..back..lol and now I am having issues botting into windows. I get a really awful screen corruption, colors and lines, and then it locks up. SOmetimes it just locks at the windows loading screen. Any ideas? I can get into safe mode though. And i have used msconfig to shut down things i didnt recognize. HELP!!!!!

You could try a repair install but I bet your machine is FUBARed. Do you have backups?

Just GoBack, which now says its corrupt, and the windows restores, which dont work.
But isnt it weird that i can get into safe mode? With networking?
