Screen Capture

I am trying to find a FREE tool to capture screens of CPU-Z and HWMonitor for upload to IMAGESHACK and from there to a forum in a size that can be read.
I am trying Screen Grab Pro, but it fails too often to create a JPEG or BITMAP file.

Yea, for some reason MS doesn't like publishing complete lists of the keyboard shortcuts available in their software...

I'm going to say that this and printscreen are the only reasonable options. IMO, there's just no sense in installing an application for something the OS does just fine by itself.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I have been using the Snipping Tool from MS and it has met my needs.
