I think that people who scream on a rollercoaster are exaggerating morons, but to ban it? Come on.

It describes what they're doing to enforce it in the article. ;)

According to the news segment I saw, if the ride ops hear someone scream they will stop the ride and boot off the people who screamed.

I thought a roller coaster was a small train that was pulled up a hill with a chain and goes down a steep hill - Text

That contraption looks like a Huss Rainbow without the large gondola and of course spinning faster.

Either way, I'd bring this and go at it.

It's funny that I saw this article today, I went to see it last weekend and wondered why people weren't screaming.

The ban also can be confusing for the ride's operators. Last weekend, park employees stopped the Screamer only to realize it wasn't a rider who ran afoul of the new policy, but a customer on the park's miniature golf course who howled after hitting a hole-in-one.

LoL.

Can California just break off already? The average IQ in this country will go up by 15 or 20 points.

LOL, I have been on that ride. It's not enforced all that strictly, but you can't ride again if you scream to much.

And the best part is:
"Most of the complaints have come from residents in a pocket of neatly landscaped homes that are separated from the 30-year-old amusement park by a 12-lane freeway."

i like how they pointed out the landscaping because we all know they are talking about the rich idiots who think their lawn earns them better societal status.
