I used to work at a grocery store, and they sold pork brains in milk gravy... a 4oz (or was it 6oz?) can had something like 1,170% of the daily recommended intake of cholesterol!

Yeah, I certainly couldn't imagine eating it every day.

I always assumed it was a Northern thing, as that's the only time I ever had it - when a relative from Maryland/Delaware would come visit, and would bring several packages.

I have never had scrapple but every year at Christmas time my Mom busts out the Sulze and pickled herring. Man I love going over to her house for the holidays.
