scrabble blitz

Does anyone know how this is supposed to be played?

My score fluctuates from 100-300 (high score 422 [got lucky on two triples]) with an average of around 250.. I'm left with 35-50 tiles.

I guess I don't really have a strategy. Should i be trying to do a lot of "stacking" and maximizing the double word scores? Should i just be making long words so i can easily play off of them? Should I make an effort to "set up" or should I just play as many words as fast as I can?

Any help would be great! I've played around 25 games now, and my score hasn't improved one bit since starting...

i just play the regular scrabble... maybe i'll head into the scrabble blitz rooms and check it out.

i stopped playing regular scrabble because it was pretty obvious that most of my opponents were cheating
