So again, we have statements by the attorney general of specific efforts to keep her out of it along with two months where you admit no one has any knowledge of her participating or not participating.

Like I said, awfully weak. Certainly weaker than the fact that Thomas's wife, and therefore the Thomas family is being paid by anti ACA lobbyists for work she's doing. I sincerely doubt he will be recusing himself over that either.

It's his wife not him, I would consider them separate. I also consider Nancy Pelosi's husband as separate which is why I think he should be charged with insider trading for using her political connections and political insider knowledge to make millions of dollars. I'm a conservative though, i'm sure most on the left think it's just peachy and Washington business as usual.

I'm willing to bet they have joint bank accounts and joint investments all over the place. It's extremely difficult if not impossible to be a totally financially separate individual than your spouse. I don't know anything about Pelosi's husband, but certainly if he is abusing her position to make money they should both be held accountable. (assuming she knew about it)

I know, it's sad, and people will bump this thread laughing at you for thinking your opinion is based on any solid legal ground whatsoever.

What's sad is your level of reading comprehension. At no point have I indicated that my opinion is based on any "solid legal ground" you idiot. Not only that, but I specifically stated it was what I hoped would happen, not what was going to happen. I don't know what the eventual outcome will be, but I know what I hope it will be. Of course, based on your posts, we all know that kind of logic is much to difficult for someone like you to grasp.

Good answer.

Ah, see I erred on the side of common sense when I heard you say there is a chance for a "good ruling" now, without Kagan, and assumed you held that position because you believed it to be legally and morally justified. But instead, I guess you hold said position based on feelings, ideology and perhaps "winning", as if this is some sort of sports team you get to root for against the competition. Thanks for clearing up that garbage, lol.

lmao. Amazing your posts aren't parodies. Seriously, seek help.

Most people think the rich and powerful are just like them, only rich and powerful. They are not. Many of them live two seperate lives, joined together only via marriage. It is quite possible she has no idea what he is doing.

I greatly dislike Pelosi, but I have to give her an out provided she is completely helpful and honest with the investigators.
