I can see it working. If I want to try a variety of scotches, but don't want to commit to a full bottle of each then smaller, cheaper containers would be quite appealing.
I don't always drink scotch, but when I do, I drink it in 12 ounce multiples.Why not a small plastic bottle so you can reseal if you don't feel like 8 shots at once. It'd still be just as portable if not more so. Guess not as much shock factor.
This has been available in South America and the rest of the world for a while.

Single *grain*. It's column still grain whisky, not malt. It barely qualifies as scotch if it does at all.

i think their saying it makes them look like an old drunk when they do that.
Or maybe that's just what i think when i see such.
