Must be something about today and assassination attempts. I opened the door and a wasp flew in and stung me on the head.

One night my mom and her then boyfriend go to bed and she feels something in her hair. He says, "What's in my hair?" He just says "Nothing, go back to sleep!" How he knew this in the dark I don't know. Then she says it again, and he gets PO'ed and turned the light on.."Don't move!" She's freaking, and he gets out of bed and gets the ruler out of the desk and then comes back. "What's that for?!" He tells her not to move, and takes the ruler and flips something off her hair, it's a scorpion, and it's a big one! It was grabbing the sheet with it's claws and my mom is a mess. Her boyfriend took a shoe and pounded it into pulp.
A couple of years later, she had sold her house after her and the boyfriend broke up and was living wth me for awhile, and she felt something in her hair again. She starts yelling and I ran into her room and ask what's wrong. She points to her head and says, "I think there's a scorpion in my hair again. Nope, it was a Black Widow this time. I flipped it off with a magazine and squashed it.
Later on, the cat was playing with her hair and she starts screaming and the cat went "Meow?" and she bailed out of bed and fell on the floor when she tripped over the bedspread. She was scared of stuff getting in her hair for years after that.

I've seen about 20 around. I know I could never kill em all. And they eat the spiders. I gave up squishing the centipedes, they make such a mess.
