Score wont update

Since i reinstalled Vista last night (bad idea), my score wont update when it ask me to "refresh"
i installed my video card drivers and sound card drivers and even tho it runs the test and all that, it still doesnt change! and keeps asking me saying "new hardware detected. Please Refresh to update score"
i did that like 4 times already
