nullHTB 504/503 review

OK, so I was thinking I got a good deal on this system, but today I went to fry's to buy some computer cables, saw this deal and was kicking myself for not waiting 3 more months.

Regularly Sells for 499, I bought mine at 399 last year when it went on sale for 1 week, and then went back to 499.
Now $299. Lowest online is 389 + shipping, and this baby is heavy :)

Receiver, 5 surround speakers, and a subwoofer.

Thanks for sharing the deal. Maybe it would help if people knew your location, as not all Fry's stores have the same prices?

I have the HTB-503, I bought it for for $479 at CC about two years ago. Let me tell you, it's the best $500 i've spent. It rocks! So the HTB-504, which is the newer version (prologic II) for $299 is a steal!

You gotta get more Indians (dot) on the east coast. Where the Indians are, Fry's is sure to follow :)

You mean the one in the computer section? I know what you mean. Computer hardware and hot chicks in one place, that's what I call heaven.

$299 is a pretty sweet deal considering what you get! I have the HTB-504 for a while now (1.5years), and so far no regrets. I got it for $399 back end, I think.

Wasn't there a company that was starting to PM some online stores? I remember reading something about that a week or two ago. Was this CC or Compusa? If it's CC maybe they will PM Fry's for us on the East Coast.

the 205 model is $299 - guess SuperTool got confused with that. I also checked with Fremont Fry's - they said 504 was not on sale this week.

At $299 or $449 the Kenwood is Ghetto. My Definitive Technology center channel alone cost more than the htb-504 system

There was a red tag under the system that said Regular price $499, 200 off, now for $299.
It didn't say open box on the sticker, so I assume it was for the non open box. Regular price $499 also matches HTB 504.
It's right in the middle of sunnyvale store where all the home theatre in a box systems are. Just go there and take a look.

Too bad their brain is the size of a pea. That goes for every one that works their. They're paid to stand there and pretend to be helping. The employees at fry's are no very knowledgable of their products. On the brighter side at least they look hot :) wait rephrase at least those 2 looks good can't say for the rest of them blah i need spell check
