Yeah, this is a repost, but... What are the laws regarding the injuries that a police dog can inflict on someone for doing such a harmless crime? Cops can't shoot a mofo for stealing cigs, but they can let a dog bite his cock off and bite his ace and stuff like that? I'd rather take a bullet in the arm than get my johnson bitten off.
