Here is the address to SCOs amended complaint. Long read, but interesting AFA the history goes. Complaint seems centered around the joint venture "Monterey" with IBM and IBM's subsequent backing out, then using the stuff later. Any of their source code found in Linux seems more in support of aforementioned complaint than the complaint itself. Which means media misleading again.
