..didn't microsoft bail these guys out a while back..to fund their attack on open source??





SCO, best known for Linux litigation and its Unix operating systems, continued to lose money in its latest quarter. Pursuing its lawsuits has continued to eat at the company's cash reserves even though its recent efforts to prove its case against IBM have left most observers cold.
 
Easy come easy go. For them this is a do or die situation. I guess if they can?t do it, then bye bye SCO.
