I mean what else is there to say about climate change though? The premise of the thread turned out to be inaccurate so now it's DSF's time to declare the New York Times to be terrible because that's what conservative media told him.

Reporter falsely indicates they've received a leaked report stating the reason it was "leaked" was because people were worried Trump would deep-six it. How embarrassing it must be to have the climate scientists involved who authored the report call you out on your shoddy reporting. False narrative is false narrative....with horrible fact checking to boot! Then you have Comey under oath exposing their bullshit narrative regarding Russia as well. Lol, you are trying so hard. I know conservative media tells you to hate the New York Times but if you take a step back and read it objectively you'll quickly understand why it has won more Pulitzer Prizes than any other newspaper. It's an excellent paper, but of course it makes mistakes from time to time. It's odd that I never see you so enraged by mistakes that conservative media make, especially considering their frequency and in some cases, transparent dishonesty. Can you explain why?

Also, Comey disputing one of their stories is kind of meaningless. They reported what well placed sources in the administration told them and specified that their story was based on these sources. If those sources turn out to be wrong, then they're wrong. Nothing particularly interesting there.

My point wasn't that you have sacred assumptions. I was saying that my deepest wish and dreams that mine were true didn't make them happen for me. I couldn't hold on to then try as I did. I did in the end, however, discover something else different than I expected, but which passes all tests.

Given that the only thing being attacked by our resident "conservatives" is the NY times for initially saying the document was leaked when it was available to the public. I guess they are accepting of the conclusions actually reached in the document.

I doubt they care about the document itself, this is a chance to attack their imagined tribal enemy. That's what they care about.
 
Even the Washington Post called the New York Times on their story and the Times belatedly issued a "correction" also know as "we fucked up because we didn't check the story because it fit into our belief system"
